When will my order ship. . . 

In stock items ship within the new few business days. Please note that orders do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. These items typically ship within 7-14 days of purchase. Occasionally, items may be out of stock and you will be notified via email if this instance occurs. 

 

How much is shipping. . . 

Shipping is all dependent on your location and size of shipment. When you checkout it will automatically adjust and show you the cost. 

 

I returned my order. Can my shipping charges be refunded. . . 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is your online return policy. . .

Online purchases can be returned for online credit within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

  

How do I cancel my recent order. . .

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. If you’ve received a shipping notification unfortunately we’re unable to cancel your order.

 

I returned an item. When will I be refunded. . . 

All returns are processed immediately as received. You will receive an emailed return receipt and should notice the online credit code within 1-3 business days. If it’s been past the 3 business days please send us a email and we can look further into it!

Do you offer free returns. . .

Not at this time. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your return.

I see something I love but my size is sold out online. Will you be receiving a restock. . .

Few items may be restocked, but the majority of our items have limited inventory, it's best to keep checking the site every weeks for new items. 

  

I saw something on your social media but can’t find it online. How can I order it. . .

Some items are exclusively online, and some are only found at our in store location. Call (218)-683-5328 to check the availability and see if they are able to ship it to you!

  

I have two discount codes. How can I use them both. . .

Unfortunately, our site only permits one discount code to be used at a time. 

 

I have a discount code but it won’t work. Help!
